While earning my B.S. in Civil Engineering at the University of Louisville my mind was opened to a pathway that included both engineering and theatre. Joining the university's theatre department as a student worker, I served as a scenic carpenter, a scenic painter and an assistant scenic designer.

 

Since moving to Atlanta I have worked non-stop to further develop my skills not only as an artist and a designer but also as a stage manager. First introduced to the role while apprenticing at Theatrical Outfit during their 2022-2023 season, stage management has become an excellent source of work when I am not busy painting and designing.  

 

It was my love of design that led me towards engineering, and it was my love of the theatre that brought me here!
